Tickets cannot be resold or reassigned

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any ticket/s except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, 9D may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
9D reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute movies and vary advertised prices, venues and seating capacity.
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to 9D’s terms of admission, copies of which are available from us on request.
The use of cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted within the cinema.
9D reserves the right to broadcast, telecast, print imagery from any session and use this material for marketing purposes.
Tickets purchased via this website will be available for collection from the 9D Action Cinema by redeeming the printed booking confirmation.
