Q: What are the Session Times for different movies?
There are no fixed session times. You can arrive at any time and pick the movie you want to see from the many available. You won’t have to wait long, if at all!
Q: Do we have to make a reservation to watch a movie at 9D Action Cinemas?
No, you do not need to make a reservation unless you are arranging a party where you need the whole cinema. Our busiest times are usually after lunch time on the weekends. For details about Birthday Parties see "Parties" Tab.
Q: How long do we have to wait to see a Movie at 9D Action Cinemas when another movie is already playing?
Usually no longer than 10 minutes and it if very busy, up to 30 minutes.
Q: How many movies can we see at 9D Action Cinemas?
We have many animated movies from which to choose. Some are more suitable for young children and have a slower seat movement while others are active in all respects and suitable for teenagers and adults.
Q: How long is a 9D Action Cinemas Movie?
The movies are short, amusement ride experiences of around 5 to 10 minutes depending on your choice of movie.
Q: Is 9D Action Cinemas similar to other rides at theme parks?
The 9D Action movies are all animated and the seats have far greater, dramatic movements with extensive special effects utilising the latest in revolutionary direct drive, electric motor technology. Review our many testimonials!
Q: How many people can I bring?
There is no limit but the size of 9D Action Cinemas usually ranges from 6 to 12 seats so if there are more people, you may need to have a few sessions. Remember, the rides are only from 5 to 10 minutes so you will not wait long and you can watch your friends on the ride from the external monitor.
Q: What are the prices at 9D Action Cinemas?
The prices may vary at cinemas that are located at shopping centres and at major tourist destinations. Check the Tickets Tab for prices at each location.
Q: Is there a Loyalty Rewards Card?
The 9D Explosion Plus Rewards Card gives you many benefits including discounted prices, prizes and invitations to special events. You will receive your own electronic programmed miniature card to keep on you at all times for immediate use. See the Rewards Page for more details.

Definitely! There are Rules that both ensure the safety of our patrons and guarantess that everyone enjoys themselves without being disturbed by others misbehaving . See Rules for more information.
