Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions - Buy online and receive a 15% discount

The following conditions cover both the sale of tickets and the conditions of attendance at the venue:

1. Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can access by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” link of this Site (the “Privacy Policy”). This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. 
2. Tickets cannot be resold or reassigned 
3. Tickets must be present at time of ride
4. Tickets are only valid for the venue selected for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase
5. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any ticket/s except as required by law and as otherwise  specified by the seller. If a refund is made, 9D may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
6. 9D reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute movies and vary advertised prices, venues and seating capacity.
7. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to 9D’s terms of admission, copies of which are available from us on request. 
8. The use of cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted within the cinema.
9. 9D reserves the right to broadcast, telecast, print imagery from any session and use this material for marketing purposes.
10. Tickets purchased via this website will be available for collection from the 9D Action Cinema by redeeming the printed booking confirmation.
11. Tickets can only be purchased from this website by credit card or Paypal.
12. Please see Locations tab for opening times. First and Last rides are 15 mins AFTER opening and BEFORE closing times.

Variations

9D may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By making a purchase through this Site after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.
